This 85m² (approx. 910 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 1900s building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and leads to the staircase and the narrow elevator.

The apartment entrance opens into a corridor that links all the rooms.

The spacious 33m² (approx. 355 sq. ft.) living room has two windows overlooking the street with a western exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, armchairs, a dining table, cupboards, bookshelves and two decorative fireplaces (one of them is equipped with a decorative heating fire system). There is also an old-fashioned TV.

The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a window with curtains overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, bedside tables, an antique-style desk and a cabinet.

The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) second bedroom can be used as an office. It has a window overlooking the street and is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a large desk with an armchair and a built-in closet.

The separate eat-in kitchen also has a window. It is equipped with four vitro-ceramic plates topped by a cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, a small refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a wooden table with chairs, shelves and small TV.

The bathroom has a shower, twin washbasins, a bidet, a washing machine and a window with curtains.

The separate toilette shares a wall (with a window) with the adjoining shower.

Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
